The following graphs and texts are my own interpretations of some concepts in the Law of One regarding 3rd Density. This is not meant to be highly nuanced but rather a primer. It is hoped that the reader will read the material itself, which can be found on the L/L Research website: http://www.llresearch.org. Because these are my interpretations, there are going to be errors and distortions. But hopefully, they will be helpful to some.

The Density of Choice

Ra says that the 3^rd Density is the only density of consciousness where there is a veil in place.  The “veil of forgetting,” as it is called, results in the human forgetting that he or she is already in union with everything else; that all is one; that any separation is really an illusion. 

There are four main consequences of the veil in 3^rd Density:

1. Humans develop faith. Faith, is a unique faculty where one uses their free will to seek understanding where there is an expectation (hope) that the mysteries of the cosmos can be on some level grasped. It is akin to walking undauntedly forward in a dark tunnel with only a candle of hope, delight, joy, and purpose to guide our journey. There is a resolute expectation that we are on the right track and the cosmos is on our side, wanting us to obtain our deepest desires.
2. Humans make a choice between two moral polarities which will act as catalysts for each other towards spiritual growth and development.
3. 3^rd Density is 100% more intense than 4^th, 5^th, or 6^th Densities and thus, one can rapidly accelerate spiritual growth. The lessons of 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th Densities are available to work through for those few who break through the veil and remember their path while in 3rd Density.
4. All of this is so that the Infinite Creator can have a more intense experience of Itself through incarnating as humans.  Yes! Humans are God having a human experience. Humans are sub-sub logoi.

Ra says: “Some love the light. Some love the darkness. It is a matter of the unique and infinitely various Creator choosing and playing among its experiences as a child upon a picnic. Some enjoy the picnic and find the sun beautiful, the food delicious, the games refreshing, and glow with the joy of creation. Some find the night delicious, their picnic being pain, difficulty, sufferings of others, and the examination of the perversities of nature. These enjoy a different picnic.

All these experiences are available. It is free will of each entity which chooses the form of play, the form of pleasure.”

In the Density of the Choice, as well as 4th Density, 5th Density, and the early part of 6th Density, the moral polarity exists in duality. But there is a purpose to this duality! Ra says that the positive and the negative polarity camps create catalyst for each other which gives a person the opportunity to further their seeking the Infinite Creator along their chosen path. Hardships for the positive person can be viewed with love, acceptance, forgiveness, and an open-heartedness towards self, others, and God. Hardships for the negative person are fuel for channeling anger, resentment, and pain into an energy that can be harnessed for revenge and self-aggrandizement. Both paths serve the Creator because both ARE the Creator reacting to each other. The Infinite Creator learns about Itself in an intense way due to the consequences of the Density of Choice.

Ra says that the 3rd Density consciousness on Earth began 75,000 years ago, which is called a “master cycle.” The major cycles, of which there are three, last 25,000 years each. At the end of each major cycle, there is a kind of metaphysical measuring where each soul is presented with the amount of 4th Density light they can handle. If they can handle the Light and Love of 4th Density, then they are “harvested” to the 4th Density at their next incarnation, unless they intentionally choose to repeat an incarnation in 3rd Density in order to help their “other selves,” (other people) polarize enough to become “harvestable.” This has happened, in fact, and Ra states that St. Augustine, St. Francis of Assisi, and St. Theresa of Avila were three examples of harvestable people who chose to come back and work to help increase the harvest.

Earth is a unique planet in that its root stock of human souls, Ra says, are from different places in the galaxy, and for the most part, are repeaters from other planets. The majority of Earth’s souls came from Mars. Ra states that the people the red planet were war-like and mixed in polarity with some being positive, some being negative, and the majority as yet unpolarized enough to harvest. About one-fourth of the souls come from Earth’s native 2nd Density beings such as apes. The rest of the root stock of Earth’s population came from planets that had already harvested to 4th Density, either on the positive path or the negative path but they were not positive or negative enough to be harvested. This means that already, the root stock of souls on Earth, were of mixed polarity. So what does this mean? The Earth is an amazing school of love where people may be on their second or even third cycle of 3rd Density, trying to learn the lessons of this Density and live out their chosen path to the degree that they can harvest. How is it going?

Ra says that it looks like the “vast majority” of Earthlings will have to repeat 3rd Density elsewhere in the galaxy as Earth will harvest to 4th Density positive over a period of time that could be from 100-700 years. Where will the repeaters go? Somewhere within our “Galactic God” there are 3rd Density planets ready to receive these souls to continue their journey at their own pace of learning. No one is ever lost. People will just continue to reincarnate over again until they can embrace the harvestable amount of light and love that is appropriate for 4th Density thriving.

In the Bible, we see this three-way split laid out in cryptic language. In Revelations 3:15-16, the author has Christ saying, “I know your deeds; you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were one or the other!  So because you are lukewarm–neither hot nor cold–I am about to spit you out of My mouth!”

I end this graphics-article with what I imagine to be the dual-pathway from 3rd Density to early 6th Density. It is paramount to remember that all of the duality is for the sake of the different parts of God to continue learning from the choice of polarity they made during the Density of Choice. Secondly, but most importantly, all catalysts and decisions how to act upon the catalysts, are for the sake of the Infinite Creator learning about Itself as God continues to create in perpetuity, infinitely exploring God’s infinite nature through the novel concept of finitude.
