The following a brief summary from my perspective of session nine of the Law of One.
I am writing this for a small Law of One Zoom Group in which I participate and I thought I would publish it here. Please read the whole session 9 yourself below. Your interpretation will be as valid and maybe less distorted than mine!
9.2 Don (the Questioner) learns that he, Carla (Instrument) and Jim (Scribe), have worked together several times in past lives involving healing, using earth energy, and general aid to civilizations that call for help. This latter point certainly speaks to the purpose of Wanderers entering into 3rd density planetary situations. However, Don also learns that there is information that Ra knows but chooses not to share because it violates free will. The seventh-density mind-body-spirit-complex-totality (this is higher than the Higher Self, which is a mid-sixth density phenomenon), carefully guards this information because it is paramount that the third density experience of a person remain free to choose their path and learn from catalysts.
9.3 Don wants to dive into learning how to heal and asks Ra to guide them. Ra says that they cannot guide but teach. To guide would be to violate free will. Notice how careful the Ra group is to honoring free will.
9.4 Ra speaks about how Intelligent Energy (which is Love, itself) flows outwardly and begins to coagulate into different planetary entities. Picture a group of people migrating in one direction together. As time goes one, a few people decide to stop and set up homes while the rest of the group keeps marching on. Soon a little village appears and a local government is established. In our solar system’s case, the local government is the Council of Saturn located within the 8th density around the area that from 3rd density are the rings.
Then, Ra continues and says that Love not only creates these little energetic eddies that form into beings (planets and the sun) but It also continues to provide spiritual order for the macro spiritual/physical evolution that is natural to how the One Infinite Creator manifests and learns about Itself. This ordering is a flow in a kind of rhythm that is steady and unchanging. Much like the different developmental stages that a human passes through during a life time, the entire planet is on a kind of schedule. As a human’s brain develops, there are certain milestones that happen naturally when the brain’s neurons complexify to the point of jumping into a new level of consciousness, a new gestalt of seeing the world. Just so, the Earth is on a 75,000 year 3rd density master cycle which is broken up into three 25, 000 year major cycles. There are twelve 2,100 year minor cycles per each major cycle. Each 25,000 years, there is a perfect timing of a wave of Intelligent Energy that bathes the Earth and washes those ready for fourth density living right on into the next density. The rest of population remains in third density to continue its lessons.
We are at the very tail end of the master cycle of Earth’s third density and this is why so many beings are incarnating now, here. There is a cosmic push to get in the show in order to move on to the next density.
9.5-9.15 Ra mentions that the first entities on Earth were first density beings: fire, air, earth, and water. These forces learn from each other. Don then asks about Earth’s human population.
Ra relates that first humans to emerge in Earth’s third density were those from Mars since the third-density Mars population blew off their atmosphere due to warfare. As a people, they were gathered by a senior Confederation Member, the Yahweh group*, and transferred them over to Earth when our planet was ready to host third density life. They continued their third-density work here on Earth and according to Ra, made up 50% of Earth’s root human population.
The Yahweh group showed lots of love but perhaps less wisdom when they blended their social memory complex with that of the Mars group. Others in the Confederation thought that the Yahweh group began infringing on the free-will of their care-receivers and thus the Council of Saturn instituted a planet-wide quarantine in order to allow Earth’s third-density population to evolve more or less free from influence. We will see how this free-will continued to be tinkered with.
9.16-9.17 Ra begins to relate that some Earth humans graduated from highly evolved second density beings (apes).
9.18-9.22 The Ra group introduces the phenomenon of Bigfoot and says that there are three types. These include the souls from Maldek, which blew up 500,000 years ago As a group, the Maldek souls decided to incarnate early in Earth’s second density spiritual/physical environment in essentially ape bodies. This mismatch of having a third density consciousness in limited ape bodies would create catalysts of frustration that would help alleviate the karma they incurred as a war-loving race. Most souls from Maldek were able to graduate from Bigfoot bodies and transfer to other 3rd density planets elsewhere in the galaxy before Earth began third-density living. However, many humans today are Maldek souls that were able to incarnate in third-density appropriate bodies. Yet there remain a small population of souls from Maldek who are still working out karmic re-balancing in Bigfoot bodies. The Ra group then describes the other types of Bigfoot out there.
*Q’uo, a channeled source that often helps fill out the Law of One material may shed some light into who this Confederation group was.

Jim: We have a series of questions about names of various entities. What can you tell us about the original Yahweh, now a name. Is it a social memory complex? If so, what density did Jesus come from?

We are those of the Q’uo, and are aware of your query. The entity known as Yahweh is an inner planes entity, as opposed to an extraterrestrial entity. It is an essence native to this particular sun system which has been involved in the guardianship of the Earth sphere for thousands of your millennia. It is a combination of energies which are male and female. Rather than creating a hermaphroditic entity, however, this entity holds the energies of male and female in a sacred dynamic. One might as well call such as entity Adam and Eve, but it is both Adam and Eve. And it is not in any way, shape or form that which has been incarnate, but rather, it is of the angelic realm.
It is ironic in the extreme, we feel, that it is this entity which is responsible for creating conditions under which the male aspect of the species has become so unbalanced in its dominancy over the female aspect of deity, which in the original Yahweh energy was in perfect balance.
May we ask if there is a follow-up to that query, my brother?
Jim: Ra refers to this entity as unnamed, as Yo-Heh-Shin-Vau-Heh, and its meaning as “He comes.” Can you explain the abundance of names and non-names? And finally, Arcturus also means “He comes” and is an Egyptian name. Is the positive Yahweh from Arcturus?

We are those of the Q’uo, and are aware of your query, my brother. The entity Yahweh is not from Arcturus, but rather, as all angelic entities are, is part of the energy involved in your sun body. However, this entity has been involved with Earth, as we have said, for a great deal of your time. The naming of entities, and its seeming confusion, is due to the fact that in both lower and higher densities, naming does not necessarily occur. It is not necessary, for each thing has an unique vibration. Your vibration is a much more eloquent signature of your character than a name that has been given to you by someone who is not aware of the sacred nuances of your character.
The attempt to name essences and energies is generally done because there is a third-density being involved who feels more comfortable and more in control knowing the name of an entity, and not just how that entity feels.
The energies involved in Yahweh became aware that the work that they had done in creating an enhanced DNA signature for the human species had not had the results which had been hoped for. That entity moved into a time and space of deep and devotional meditation and prayer asking how it could begin to make amends for the mistakes that it had made.
The addition of Shin to Yod-Heh-Vau-Heh was chosen by Yahweh in order to adjust the vibrational nuances of its name in order to indicate Christ Consciousness. It is as if Adam and Eve changed its name to Emmanuel. There was a move from the feeling of the Old Testament to the feeling of the New Testament. That was a move from worth by being chosen people to worth by a certain level of consciousness which was love. This was indeed, for this entity, a valuable adjustment and one which has reflected down from the heaven worlds into the Earth world as that environment into which the one known as Jesus the Christ came.

9.1 Questioner: We [are] definitely going to make the Law of One the primary portion of this book. I apologize for getting sidetracked on these subjects. We’re in the position of, shall we say, beating around as to what direction to go with the book to begin with. For this reason I have asked a few questions and probably will ask a few more questions in the early part of these sessions that will be somewhat meaningless with respect to application of the Law of One because my own ignorance what I’m doing. However, I expect [to] become more proficient rapidly while we go on.
There are a couple of questions that are probably meaningless but if I could get them out of the way. They’re bothering me a little bit.
Is it possible for you to suggest a publisher for this book?
Ra: I am Ra. No.

9.2 Questioner: Is it possible for you to tell us of anything in our past incarnations, our past experiences before this incarnation?
Ra: I am Ra. It is possible. However, such information as this is carefully guarded by your mind/body/spirit being totality so that your present space/time experiences will be undiluted.
Let us scan for harmless material for your beingness. [20-second pause.] I am, in the distortion of desire for your freedom from preconception, able to speak only generally. There have been several times when this group worked and dwelt together. The relationships varied. There is balanced karma, as you call it; each thus the teacher of each. The work has involved healing, understanding the uses of the earth energy, and work in aid of civilizations which called just as your sphere has done and we have come. This ends the material which we consider harmless.

9.3 Questioner: The healing exercises that you gave to us are [of] such a nature that it is best to concentrate on [a] particular exercise at a time. I would like to ask at this time what exercise I should concentrate on… possibly a little exercise change… should concentrate on [inaudible], say tonight?
Ra: I am Ra. Again, to direct your judgment is an intrusion upon your space/time continuum distortion called future. To speak of past or present within our distortion/judgment limits is acceptable. To guide rather than teach/learn is not acceptable to our distortion in regards to teach/learning. We, instead, can suggest a process whereby each chooses the first of the exercises given in the order in which we gave them, which you, in your discernment, feel is not fully appreciated by your mind/body/spirit complex.
This is the proper choice, building from the foundation, making sure the ground is good for the building. We have assessed for you the intensity of this effort in terms of energy expended. You will take this in mind and be patient for we have not given a short or easy program of consciousness learn/teaching.

9.4 Questioner: The way I understand the process of evolution [of a] planetary population is that [a] population has a certain amount of time to progress. This is generally divided into three 25,000-year cycles. At the end of 75,000 years the planet progresses itself. What caused this situation to come about… preciseness of the years, 25,000 years, etc.? What set this up to begin with?
Ra: I am Ra. Visualize, if you will, the particular energy which, outward flowing and inward coagulating, formed the tiny realm of the creation governed by your Council of Saturn. Continue seeing the rhythm of this process. The living flow creates a rhythm which is as inevitable as one of your timepieces. Each of your planetary entities began the first cycle when the energy nexus was able in that environment to support such mind/body experiences. Thus, each of your planetary entities is on a different cyclical schedule as you might call it. The timing of these cycles is a measurement equal to a portion of intelligent energy.
This intelligent energy offers a type of clock. The cycles move as precisely as a clock strikes your hour. Thus, the gateway from intelligent energy to intelligent infinity opens regardless of circumstance on the striking of the hour.

9.5 Questioner: The original, the first entities on this planet— what was their origin? Where were they before they were on this planet?
Ra: I am Ra. The first entities upon this planet were water, fire, air and earth.
9.6 Questioner: The people that we now have— the first people, [inaudible] like us— where did they come from? How did they evolve?
Ra: I am Ra. You speak of third-density experience. The first of those to come here were brought from another planet in your solar system called by you the Red Planet, Mars. This planet’s environment became inhospitable to third-density beings. The first entities, therefore, were of this race, as you may call it, manipulated somewhat by those who were guardians at that time.

9.7 Questioner: What race is that, and how did they get from Mars to here?
Ra: I am Ra. The race is a combination of the mind/body/spirit complexes of those of your so-called Red Planet and a careful series of genetical adjustments made by the guardians of that time. These entities arrived, or were preserved, for the experience upon your sphere by a type of birthing which is non-reproductive, but consists of preparing genetic material for the incarnation of the mind/body/spirit complexes of those entities from the Red Planet.

9.8 Questioner: Then I’m assuming what you’re saying is that the guardians transferred the race here after the race had died from the physical as we know it on Mars. Is that correct?
Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.

9.9 Questioner: The guardians obviously were acting with an understanding of the Law of One in doing this. Can you explain the application of the Law of One in this process?
Ra: I am Ra. The Law of One was named by these guardians as the bringing of the wisdom of the guardians in contact with the entities from the Red Planet, thus melding the social memory complex of the guardian race and the Red Planet race. It, however, took an increasing amount of distortion into the application of the Law of One from the viewpoint of other guardians and it is from this beginning action that the quarantine of this planet was instituted, for it was felt that the free will of those of the Red Planet had been abridged.

9.10 Questioner: Were the entities of the Red Planet following the Law of One prior to leaving the Red Planet?
Ra: The entities of the Red Planet were attempting to learn the Laws of Love which form one of the primal distortions of the Law of One. However, the tendencies of these people towards bellicose actions caused such difficulties in the atmospheric environment of their planet that it became inhospitable for third-density experience before the end of its cycle. Thus, the Red Planet entities were unharvested and continued in your illusion to attempt to learn the Law of Love.

9.11 Questioner: How long ago did this transfer occur from the Red Planet to Earth?
Ra: I am Ra. In your time this transfer occurred approximately seven five zero zero zero [75,000] years ago.

9.13 Questioner: Were there any entities of this form that I am now— two arms, two legs— on this planet before this transfer occurred?
Ra: I am Ra. There have been visitors to your sphere at various times for the last four million of your years, speaking approximately. These visitors do not effect the cycling of the planetary sphere. It was not third-density in its environment until the time previously mentioned.

9.14 Questioner: Then there were second-density entities here prior to approximately 75,000 years ago. What type of entities were these?
Ra: The second density is the density of the higher plant life and animal life which exists without the upward drive towards the infinite. These second-density beings are of an octave of consciousness just as you find various orientations of consciousness among the conscious entities of your vibration.
9.15 Questioner: Did any of these second-density entities have shapes like ours— two arms, two legs, head, and walk upright on two feet?
Ra: I am Ra. The two higher of the sub-vibrational levels of second-density beings had the configuration of the biped, as you mentioned. However, the erectile movement which you experience was not totally effected in these beings who were tending towards the leaning forward, barely leaving the quadrupedal position.
9.16 Questioner: Where did these beings come from? Were they a product of evolution as it is understood by our scientists? Were they evolved from the original material of the earth that you spoke of?
Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.
9.17 Questioner: Do these beings then evolve from second density to third density?
Ra: I am Ra. This is correct, although no guarantee can be made of the number of cycles it will take an entity to learn the lessons of consciousness of self which are the prerequisite for transition to third density.
9.18 Questioner: Is there any particular race of people on our planet now who were incarnated here from second density?
Ra: I am Ra. There are no second-density consciousness complexes here on your sphere at this time. However, there are two races which use the second-density form. One is the entities of the planetary sphere you call Maldek. These entities are working their understanding complexes through a series of what you would call karmic restitutions. They dwell within your deeper underground passageways and are known to you as “Bigfoot.”
The other race is that being offered a dwelling in this density by guardians who wish to give the mind/body/spirit complexes of those who are of this density at this time appropriately engineered physical vehicles, as you would call these chemical complexes, in the event that there is what you call nuclear war.

9.19 Questioner: I didn’t understand what these vehicles or beings were for that were appropriate in the event of nuclear war.
Ra: I am Ra. These are beings which exist as instinctual second-density beings which are being held in reserve to form what you would call a gene pool in case these body complexes are needed. These body complexes are greatly able to withstand the rigors of radiation which the body complexes you now inhabit could not do.

Ra: I am Ra. These body complexes of the second race dwell in uninhabited deep forest. There are many in various places over the surface of your planet.

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct although we would not call these Bigfoot, as they are scarce and are very able to escape detection. The first race is less able to be aware of proximity of other mind/body/spirit complexes, but these beings are very able to escape due to their technological understandings before their incarnations here. These entities of the glowing eyes are those most familiar to your peoples.

Ra: I am Ra. This will be the final question.
There are three types of Bigfoot, if you will accept that vibratory sound complex used for three such different races of mind/body/spirit complexes. The first two we have described.
The third is a thought-form.

9.23 Questioner: We plan to do a second session later today if the instrument is capable and I’d like to ask— believe this is possible— and also if there is anything we can do to aid the instrument’s comfort.
Ra: I am Ra. This instrument will require some adjustment of the tender portions of her body complex. The distortions are due to the energy center blockage you would call pineal.
